It is against fatigue and depression and also a good nerve stimulant.
This is a relatively young kind of Citrus fruits. Probably originated by recently crossbreeding between Citrus grandis and Citrus sinensis. Today there are many numerous cultivars.
Extraction of essential oil is made by cold pressing of the bark of the fruit.
Effects: For its freshness acts against fatigue, it is cleansing with toning effects on the skin. It is suitable for stimulating blood circulation in aging skin. It has mild antibacterial and antidepressant properties. Its advantage is that it helps in mental relaxation.
Notice: In sunlight, this oil may act phototoxically.
