Black caraway vegetable oil, 100ml

Black caraway (Nigella sativa) was commonly used in Egypt in ancient medicine. In the Arab world, the so - called "black cumin" is still known as panacea and has a permanent place in every home medicine cabinet and in the kitchen. Hippocrates wrote of it that "the Black caraway cures every disease - except death." ​

Beneficial effects on our health: It is widely known to promote the treatment of psoriasis, acne, atopic dermatitis and eczema. Oil can be used on young children as a means of  combating the constipation. In lactating women, it stimulates the production of milk. Not only does it reduce blood sugar levels, but it prevents the development of atherosclerosis and heart attacks. It has a positive effect on the immune systém in general. ​

Seeds at full maturity contain 0.5 to 1.5% essential oils and up to 40% fatty acids. It is from such seeds that the oil is pressed. ​

Recommended use: For preventive purposes - 1 teaspoon of oil twice a day before meals. Children under 4 years of age: 2 times a day 1/4 teaspoon. With chronic health problems, we can increase the dose to 3 times a day. ​

The oil from the seeds of Black caraway contains nigellin mustard, which relieves the bronchial spasms. It works strongly against allergies, hay fever, asthma, eczema, flatulence, relieves in bronchial diseases, digestive and intestinal problems. Studies have shown reduction in allergic reactions when taking black cumin oil by up to 70%. In infants and young children, it is effective in abdominal pain (up to 1 year diluted with other vegetable oils). It is also effective against parasites, viruses, bacteria and fungals and it is advisable to take it internally in times of influenza diseases to strengthen immunity and protect the respiratory tract. It is suitable for massages of dry and sensitive skin with a tendency to allergic reactions, naturally protects the skin and regenerates it.
