This type of mud is recommended as a support supplement for rheumatic, gout and arthrosis due to its composition. It is also recommended for top athletes.
Seaweed promotes the fight against aging of skin cells, tones, moisturizes, revives and oxydizes the cells of the body and skin. They are enriched with vitamins such as A1, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E, K, pantothenic acid, folic acid, niacin, and contain 60 trace elements, along with at least 12 minerals, some of which are - sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc and manganese.
Instructions for use:
Before use, it is recommended to heat the mud in a water bath. Apply soft movements to the skin and leave to act for approx. 10 - 15 minutes preferably in a foil wrap. After this, wash with lukewarm water and apply the best rosemary oil or seaweed oil.
