Privacy Policy
I. Basic provisions
By the controller of personal data referred to in Article 11(1) of Regulation (EC) No 12 Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ('GDPR') is the proprietor of the company (hereinafter referred to as the 'controller'). II. Sources and categories of personal data processed
The Controller processes the personal data that you have provided to him or personal data that the controller has obtained on the basis of the fulfilment of your order. The Controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the performance of the contract.
III. Legal reason and purpose of the processing of personal data
The legal reason for the processing of personal data is the performance of the contract between you and the controller pursuant to Art. IV. Retention period
The Controller retains personal data for the period necessary for the exercise of the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and the exercise of claims arising from these contractual relations (for 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship) for the period before the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, for a maximum of 3 years, if the personal data are processed on the basis of consent.
Upon expiry of the retention period of personal data, the controller erases the personal data.
V. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller)
The recipients of personal data are persons involved in the delivery of goods / services / the execution of payments under the contract, providing services of the operation of the e-shop and other services in connection with the operation of the e-shop, providing marketing services, for the purpose of posting tax documents in accordance with the contract and with generally binding legal regulations to the extent: - first name and surname, title, - postal address, - billing address, - mail address, - telephone contact, - details of the bank connection, - data on the controller's performance. The controller does not intend to pass on personal data to a third country (to a non-EU country) or to an international organisation.
VI. Your rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you
o the right of access to their personal data pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR,
o the right to rectify personal data pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR.
o the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR.
o the right to object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR and
(o) the right to data portability referred to in Article 10(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1260/199 20 GDPR.
(o) the right to withdraw consent to the processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller referred to in Article 10; III of these conditions.
Furthermore, you have the right to place a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data has been violated.
VII. Privacy Policy
The Controller declares that he has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data.
The administrator has taken technical measures to secure data stores (login, password, antivirus and firewall) and paper data stores (locked room).
The Controller declares that only the persons authorised by him have access to personal data.
VIII. Final provisions
By submitting your order from the internet order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
