It serves as a bridge between our thinking and feeling, and it also tracks our reactions to them (crying, laughter, joy, love, fear, etc.). Therefore, when the power is blocked in 5th. chakra the "understanding between the head and the body is disturbed. It has a blue to turquoise color, sometimes it can have a hint of silver glow. It is located under the jugular hole. Sometimes it's called a cervical or karmic chakra, and that's because it regulates the causes and consequences in us. The organs it affects are, for example, the neck, lower jaw, occipital area, ears, vocal cords, bronchi and upper lung. Diseases resulting from the disharmony of the fifth chakra bind to cough, tonsillitis, asthma, pneumonia, etc. From psychological difficulties can be observed e.g. shyness, inability to express yourself, speech disorders and suppression of one's own emotions. When an excess of energy accumulates in the fifth chakra, which we could not show outloud or in words or singing, it leads to its blocking. This blockage is then manifested by rudeness, high rationality, or emotionality, shyness, or arrogance and dishonesty. We also have to be careful, as we put more and more responsibilities on us, that we barely stand, our backs begin to bend because of this load. It happens because the fifth chakra makes a valve (it doesn't want to see or hear any more). And if we have this chakra in disharmony, we can not concentrate in meditation. If the fifth chakra is in order, for example, we turn our heads painlessly to our shoulders, we feel peace and quiet, we do not worry unnecessarily, because we know that everything is exactly as it should be. The fifth chakra is connected to the first and second chakra. By linking to the second, the most karmic problems (rape, abortion, etc.) arise. When it is connected to the first, there are usually blocks in the awareness of the correctness of the situation, or reluctance, but also the inability to stand on our own feet. ​
