This chakra connects the lower (connected to Earth) and higher (connected to the Universe) chakras. It consists of the right and left parts. Each part carries a different color. The right half - HATA - has a golden color, but it changes by the action of negative emotions (it can turn to dark brown). This browning manifests itself as cardiac insufficiency. The golden half carries JANG's energy (male, paternal) and drives the feelings of love in us and that unconditional love. Not love erotic (sexual). (The more love we have in us, the stronger is our immunity. It affects e.g. these organs - the heart, the lower part of the lungs, the rib cage, blood circulation, etc. Diseases resulting from the lack of activity of Anahata are mainly connected to these organs. This chakra suffers most from deficiency of love, anger and jealousy. And it can only be cured by pure love and consciousness, by forgiveness of yourself and your ambience and to renounce the subconscious need of someone, to own something or get rid of dependence on persons, animals, things and ​your home. Its basic principle is assumption, and the motto for spiritual growth is: "I love myself and others unconditionally, I give and receive that, I feel love for all living things, I am open and sensitive to my needs and entire universe." ​
