It promotes our creativity and the joy of well - done work. It has an orange color and is located 2 - 3 fingers under the navel. It affects e.g. our sexuality, female genital organs, colon (partially), bladder, and kidneys and controls excretion. Diseases associated with 2nd. chakra affect the most genital organs (e.g. endometriosis, menstrual cycle disorders, irritable bowel, etc.) This chakra is responsible for our motivation, creativity and viability. Lack of power in 2nd. chakra is manifested by a small motivation to create and do anything (even cleaning at home). You are bored of everything, the world seems gray and meaningless to you, if laziness and selfishness prevails and if you have an unbridled appetite for sweets, believe that your 2nd. chakra is in disharmony. In order to harmonize this chakra, there is no need to increase sexual activity, but instead to indulge in partner tenderness and care, because we need to know that the partner likes us.
