Blocking 1st. chakra is manifested on the physical and mental level of a person. 1st. chakra of Mulathara teaches us to realize ourselves, stand on our own feet and be aware that we are part of the whole. It has a red color. It's the primal force of our mother Earth. It controls the physical needs of our body and has a positive effect on e.g. blood circulation, blood vessels, veins, muscles, adrenal glands, large intestine (partially), rectum and male genital organs.
